Shipping information

Your order will always be shipped in the most economical and safe way. Our bottles are made of glass and therefor need extra care.

Your order is shipped upon receipt of your payment, using TNT Post. If your order is shipped in a trackable package, you will receive the tracking code so you can follow your shipment. At the moment the order is shipped, risk transfers to the buyer, we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for the loss of shipments. We advise you to choose an insured shipping method when available. Packages which are shipped free will be shipped by an insured method if available for the country the order is shipped to. This condition is void in case of provable negligence on the part of Flow Remedies.

Your order will be packed with the utmost care, so we can ensure that it will reach you safely. We aim to ship your order within 5 days upon receipt of payment. Apart from circumstances beyond our control this will usually be sooner, but it may happen we need to wait for a delivery to complete your order. If and when that happens we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

Shipping costs

Flow Remedies uses TNT Post for shipping. The store script will automatically calculate the shipping costs incurred.

Return policy

It is possible to return articles within seven days, in the original packaging with unopened seal. Shipping costs for the returning of products are for the buyer. This condition is void in case of a complaint but only after prior communication about the return and the nature of the complaint.
